Day 40 - almost forgot...

lFirst time in 40 days - almost forgot to post!  Was brushing my teeth, did a last check of email before turning off the computer, read a lovely blog comment from a woman I haven't seen since high school (and would love to talk about her comment but I need to check in with her first) and whammo - here it is 11:39pm and I almost didn't write.

Eyelids dropping, yawning profusely - so nothing profound tonight.  

Other than a post of a painting that sold one year ago today.  I was honored to be in the artist invitational show at Cortille Gallery in Provincetown.  The opening was Friday evening of Labor Day weekend last year.  And I was sooooo excited to have a "red dot" painting at the opening!  I hope to return again sometime in another year or two, but that's a different discussion.  For now - simply a cherished memory with which to drift off to sleep.
